This Summit Tetsunaberyu Tamagoyaki Pan is made of cast iron which has excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity properties.

This tamagoyaki pan, also called a Japanese omelette pan, has a rectangular shape which is popular in the Kansai region of Japan. This shape makes it super easy to make delicious Japanese rolled omelettes at home.

This Japanese iron pan has a silicon coating on its cooking surface, so it can endure corrosion, providing additional toughness to the pan.

Compatible with various heat sources including IH (Induction Heating).
