Hikari Ceremonial Matcha

Hikari (光) is the Japanese word for light — a symbol of positivity and enlightenment.

From Kagoshima, Japan, Hikari is a vivid Yutaka Midori matcha with a crisp, lively character. It opens with fresh cucumber notes and a gentle touch of astringency, deepens into rich savory umami, and finishes with a clean, delicate sweetness reminiscent of jasmine.

Especially beautiful in lattes, Hikari holds its brightness and depth even in milk. Energizing in a way that feels light rather than forceful, it lifts the mood, sharpens the senses, and brings a sense of lightness to the day.

If you ever find yourself in need of light, let there be Hikari.
