Instructions

Traditional Matcha: Sift 1–2g (approx. ½ tsp) of matcha into a warm bowl. Add 70–80ml of hot water (around 80°C / 175°F) and whisk vigorously in a "W" motion using a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a creamy froth forms.

Iced or Hot Matcha Latte: Whisk 2g of matcha with 30ml of warm water until smooth. Pour over 150ml of cold or steamed milk (oat milk is highly recommended) and sweeten to taste.

Culinary & Baking: Add a scoop to smoothies, soft serve, or pastry recipes for an authentic Japanese matcha flavor and bright natural color.
